Our Story
Oaked 110 Whiskey & Wine Bar was created from a love for our hometown, our family, and the belief that Snow Hill needed a welcoming place where people could gather close to home.
Having grown up in Snow Hill and raised our family here, we understood how important it was to have a local destination where families and friends could enjoy great food, quality drinks, live music, and a relaxed night out without having to leave town. At the time, there were limited options in the area offering that complete experience, so we decided to create one.
In October 2020, our family opened Oaked 110 at 110 West Green Street in Downtown Snow Hill. Our name reflects where our story began: "oaked" is a term commonly associated with wine and spirits, while "110" represents the address of our original location.
After completing months of renovations at our first location, unexpected issues with the building eventually required us to relocate. Although it was not part of our original plan, the move gave us an opportunity to grow and begin a new chapter. Oaked 110 is now located at 300 North Washington Street, in the building formerly home to the Blue Dog Café.
Family Owned and Operated
Oaked 110 is proudly owned and operated by the Welch family. Jason serves as CEO, while Heather serves as President and Financial Manager. Their daughter, Haylee, is part of the management team and can often be found behind the bar. Their son, Noah, was also part of the restaurant's journey before graduating and beginning his full-time career with Coastal Comfort Heating & Air.
Although our family's roles have evolved over the years, Oaked 110 remains rooted in the same family values on which it was founded: hard work, hospitality, community, and making every guest feel welcome.
The Oaked 110 Experience
Our atmosphere is rustic, relaxed, and comfortable—the kind of place where you can settle in for dinner, meet friends for drinks, bring the family for Sunday brunch, or spend the evening enjoying live music.
Our menu offers something for everyone, with a wide variety of dishes, rotating chef features, weekly food and drink specials, and seasonal selections. Behind the bar, guests will find handcrafted cocktails, wine, and an extensive collection of whiskey and bourbon.
Sunday Brunch is another Oaked 110 favorite, featuring a full brunch menu and bottomless mimosas. During warmer months, guests can enjoy outdoor dining and drinks at our seasonal patio and outside bar.
Live music is a big part of who we are, with talented local and regional musicians performing most weekends. We also host special events throughout the year and regularly partner with local organizations and families through our Dine to Donate fundraisers.
